Package 1: “Rehearsal and Day-Of”:
Services start 2 weeks before your wedding date. This package is for the bride that wants help with pre-wedding planning, rehearsal, and day-of.
Meeting to discuss wedding day details
Two wedding planners scheduled on wedding day
Confirmation call to wedding day vendors
Schedule time of arrival for vendors
Walk through meeting to discuss your ceremony and reception
Assistance with bridal party rehearsal
Creation of wedding day time line
Set up ceremony and reception area
Set up place cards, display favors, distribute programs, direct guests, etc.
Pin boutonnieres on men
Work with DJ on bridal party entrance
Presence on-site at ceremony and reception
Package 2: Only “Day-Of”: Maximum 10 hours (1 hour walk-through & up to 9 hours day-of)
This package is for the bride who only wants day of help. It includes all of the above, but does not include pre-wedding planning two weeks prior to the wedding, scheduling of vendors, and help with the rehearsal.
