Free Initial Consultations 

An initial consultation is arranged to determine if Brandywine Valley Weddings is a fit for your wedding needs. This initial meeting is a free, no-obligation, one-hour consultation.

Individual Consultations 

Individual consultations are available for those who wish to plan their wedding on their own, but desire input or direction on specific topics. See “Select Wedding Planning Services” for topic areas that are covered by Brandywine Valley Weddings. Consultations are charged by the hour.      

Select Wedding Planning Services                                                                                        

The amount of help you need in planning your wedding is based on the involvement you wish to have. You can select any combination of services based on your needs. The fee is based on the services selected and the number of hours involved. Services offered include:

• Determining a theme and designing the elements to support it, including Save the Date Cards, Invitations, Programs, Seating Charts, Table Cards, Escort Cards, Place Cards, Favors, Gift Bags for out of town guests. See Design page for more information.

• Structuring your wedding within your budget

• Creating a wedding timeline

• Locating ceremony and reception sites

• Formulating your pre-wedding schedule

• Recommending competent, reliable vendors

• Attending meetings with you and your selected vendors

• Following-up with selected vendors to make sure all runs smoothly

• Answering your etiquette questions

• Coordinating color selection: Ceremony, Bridal Party, Reception

• Selecting theme-appropriate decorations and centerpieces for ceremony and reception

• Wedding gown and accessories assistance

• Bridesmaids’ attire and accessories assistance

• Groomsmen’s attire assistance

• Assistance with accommodations for out-of-town guests

Wedding Day Services                                                                                                    

Rehearsal and Wedding Day Services are available for those who wish to plan their wedding on their own, but want assistance on their wedding day. There is a flat fee for this service. These services include:

• Meeting to discuss the details of your wedding day

• Confirmation call to all wedding day vendors one week before the wedding

• Walk through meeting at your reception site

• Assistance with the bridal party rehearsal

• Creation of a wedding day schedule and checklists

• Set up of your reception room

• Wedding Planner on-site during ceremony and reception providing all needed services

Complete Wedding Planning Services                                                                   

Complete Wedding Planning Services includes all services listed under “Select Wedding Planning Services” and “Wedding Day Services”. The fee is based on the complexity of your wedding.
